RBI has extended the validity of the directions already imposed on The C.K.P.Co-operative Bank Ltd., Mumbai, Maharashtra under earlier directives dated April 30, 2014 and October 21, 2014. The modified directive dated January 20, 2015 continues the same terms and conditions for a further six-month period from the close of business on January 31, 2015, subject to review. RBI also noted that the extension should not be construed as evidence of substantive improvement in the bank’s financial position.
