The Reserve Bank of India said it was satisfied that, in the public interest, the existing Directive dated July 24, 2015 issued to The Mapusa Urban Co-operative Bank of Goa Ltd., Goa, should continue for a further period of three months. The directive, last extended up to August 18, 2019, was continued from August 19, 2019 to November 18, 2019 under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The release says that the directive, as modified from time to time, will remain subject to review and that all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
