The Reserve Bank of India extended the validity of the existing All-Inclusive Directions imposed on Hindu Cooperative Bank Limited, Pathankot, Punjab under Section 35A of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 read with Section 56 applicable to cooperative societies. The original directions, issued in March 2019, had already been modified several times. This latest press release continues those directions for a further six months, from March 25, 2020 to September 24, 2020, with all other terms and conditions unchanged.
