The Reserve Bank of India extended the validity of the existing All-Inclusive Directions issued to Sikar Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., Sikar, Rajasthan. The directive, originally issued on October 26, 2018 and effective from close of business on November 09, 2018, was continued for another three months from June 10, 2021 to September 09, 2021, subject to review. RBI also clarified that the extension should not be interpreted as satisfaction with the bank’s financial position, and all other terms and conditions of the original directive remain unchanged.
