The Reserve Bank of India has extended the validity of its existing directions against The Adoor Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd, Adoor, Kerala, issued under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the BR Act, 1949 (AACS). The directions, originally issued on November 2, 2018 and previously extended up to September 9, 2021, will continue to apply from September 10, 2021 to December 9, 2021, subject to review. The RBI also clarified that all other terms and conditions of the directive remain unchanged.
