The RBI, by an order dated December 23, 2025, imposed a monetary penalty of ₹2.40 lakh on Valuecorp Securities & Finance Limited. The penalty followed a statutory inspection with reference to the company’s financial position as on March 31, 2024, and a show-cause process after supervisory findings of non-compliance.
