RBI imposed a monetary penalty on Avail Financial Services Limited by order dated July 10, 2026. The company was found non-compliant with certain RBI directions on Governance and Credit/Investment Concentration Norms, based on supervisory findings from an inspection conducted with reference to its financial position as on March 31, 2025. RBI sustained charges that the company’s Managing Director held directorships in two other NBFCs-Middle Layer and that the company breached the regulatory single party exposure limit.
